Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to book an appointment, whatever tools they use. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and treat accessibility problems as bugs.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

What we build for

  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus styles on every interactive control.
  • Semantic headings, labelled form fields and descriptive names for buttons and icons.
  • Text alternatives for icons that carry meaning, including the comparison table on the pricing page.
  • Color contrast that meets AA for body text, and information never conveyed by color alone.
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged to 200%.

Known gaps

We have not yet completed a full third-party audit. The weekly time picker is dense on very small screens, and some date controls could give richer screen reader announcements. These are on our list.

Booking help

If any part of the booking flow is a barrier for you, the business you are booking with can take your appointment directly, and we will help them do it.

Tell us about a barrier

Report an accessibility problem through the contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge reports within three business days and will offer an alternative way to get the task done while we fix it.
