Workforce is a separate OnMyBooks product for employee shift scheduling, clock in and out, breaks, and timesheet approval. It is not part of any booking plan above, and turning it on never changes your appointments, services or booking page.

Every Workforce plan starts with a 30-day free trial for up to 15 employees — no credit card required. Capacity counts active employees only, and nothing is ever deleted if you deactivate someone, change plan or cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and are introductory launch pricing. Paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes two months free. You may cancel or schedule a downgrade according to the cancellation and refund policy and terms of service.
