Terms of Service

OnMyBooks provides online appointment scheduling software. We are not a party to the appointment itself: the service, the price, and the work performed are between the business and its customer.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff you invite.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

• Do not use OnMyBooks for unlawful activity or to send unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, probe our systems, or disrupt the service.
• Do not store protected health information or other regulated clinical records in the platform.

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars in advance and renew until canceled. Launch pricing is introductory and may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing accounts. See the cancellation and refund policy for how to cancel and what is refundable.

Customers can book as guests without creating an account. A booking confirmation includes a private link that can be used to reschedule or cancel that booking. Treat that link like a password — anyone holding it can change the appointment.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email through the contact page.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
